Nicole and her team of artisans at Florida Sweets & Co. craft some of the most beautiful and of course, most delicious cakes in Orlando, Florida. Her wedding cakes are not only stunning to look at but have unique flavor combinations and a buttercream that is never to sweet. One of the things that makes her cakes stand out among the rest is her use of Swiss Meringue Buttercream. This mildly sweet, super fluffy frosting is different from your traditional buttercream and creates one of the most satisfying flavor profiles we have ever had.
